IAIN Kediri Newsroom – Acara penutupan IPPBMM (Invitasi Pekan Pengembangan Bakat dan Minat Mahasiswa) telah digelar di Kampus UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Yogyakarta, Kamis, (24/6/2021) malam. Kontingen IAIN Kediri berhasil meraih delapan medali dalam ajang adu bakat bidang olahraga, sains, dan seni bagi mahasiswa PTKIN (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri) binaan Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia.
IAIN Kediri meraih, delapan medali, satu medali emas, dua medali perak, dan lima medali perunggu.
Devi Oktaviani Wulandari, menjadi atlet pertama yang menyumbang medali emas bagi Kontingen IAIN Kediri melalui Cabang Olahraga Catur Klasik Perorangan Putri. Untuk dua medali perak berhasil diraih dari cabang Hadroh Beregu, yang beranggotakan, Achmad Khoirul Fanani, Ahmad Faiz Irvan Zakaria, Ali Masykur Musa, Badrutamam, Moh. Amirul Fadhilah, Moh. Burhanudin, M. Mudkhol Mujahidin A, M. Nuril Anwar, M. Nurul Yaqin, serta Yusril Miftah Ali. Untuk satu medali perak lain disumbangkan oleh Fina Maulidah Kamilah Medali Perak lewat cabang MQK (Musabaqah Qiroatul Kutub).
Sedangkan lima medali perunggu berhasil disabet oleh, Martha Regita dari cabang Tenis Meja Tunggal Putri, Buyung Wicaksana dari cabang Catur Klasik Perorangan Putra, Edwin Asy’ari Afan Billah, Geofani Erje Andika Alvan J, dan Wahyu Dwi Puspa Rani dari cabang Cipta Lagu Islami. Ayu Fajar Lestari lewat cabang MHQ (Musabaqah Hifdzil Qur’an), serta medali perunggu terakhir dari cabang Kaligrafi Lukis, berhasil diamankan oleh Oktavina Dwiyanti.
Kontingen IAIN Kediri juga berhasil meraih Juara Harapan Satu pada cabang Puitisasi Al-quran Putri atas nama Shofi Shahifa, Juara Harapan Dua pada cabang Film Pendek Beregu atas nama Amina Asnawi, Manarul Hidayat, dan Rendi Tri Putra Yudistira. Untuk Juara Harapan Tiga berasal dari cabang Puitisasi Al-quran Putra, oleh Ilyas Adhi Purba.
Wakil Rektor III IAIN Kediri, Wahidul Anam, mengucapkan selamat kepada para pemenang dan berkomitmen akan memberikan apresiasi kepada para atlet yang telah mengharumkan nama IAIN Kediri di kancah IPPBMM.
“Tentu kami akan memberikan reward ataupun apresiasi kepada para peraih medali di ajang IPPBMM kali ini.” terang Wahidul Anam yang dihubungi via online, Sabtu (26/6/2021) siang.
Wakil Rektor menyadari prestasi tentu tak dapat diraih lewat hasil instan. Untuk itu, IAIN Kediri juga akan berfokus kepada pengembangan serta melakukan regenerasi para Atlet. “Tak ada hasil ataupun prestasi yang dapat didapat secara instan. IAIN Kediri akan terus melakukan pencarian bibit berbakat dan regenerasi para atletnya, agar dapat meraih prestasi,” ungkapnya.
IPPBMM VIII di Yogyakarta, berlangsung selama lima hari dari 21 sampai dengan 25 Juni 2021. Terdapat 30 cabang lomba dan 53 medali emas, 53 perak, dan 53 medali perunggu yang diperebutkan.
Terkait dengan acara ini, Forum Wakil Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Kerjasama PTKIN se-Jawa dan Madura menyepakati perubahan nama IPPBMM menjadi PORSI (Pekan Olah Raga Riset dan Seni) dengan UIN KH. Achmad Siddiq Jember sebagai tuan rumah PORSI di tahun 2023.

The State Islamic Institute of Kediri Newsroom – The closing ceremony of The Invitation of Student Development of Talent and Interest Week (Invitasi Pekan Pengembangan Bakat dan Minat Mahasiswa, hence IPPBMM) was held at UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Yogyakarya, on Thursday (24/6/2021) night. The contingent of The State Islamic Institute of Kediri achieved eight medals on the event contesting sports, science, and arts for the students of State Islamic Higher Education of The Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
The State Islamic Institute of Kediri gained eight medals consisting of one gold, two silvers, and five bronzes.
Devi Oktaviani Wulandari became the first athlete who got the gold for the contingent of the State Islamic Insitute of Kediri through Women’s Single Classic Chess. One of the silvers was gained by the Hadroh Team consisting of Achmad Khoirul Fanani, Ahmad Faiz Irvan Zakaria, Ali Masykur Musa, Badrutamam, Moh. Amirul Fadhilah, Moh. Burhanudin, M. Mudkhol Mujahidin A, M. Nuril Anwar, M. Nurul Yaqin, and Yusril Miftah Ali as members. Another one was contribution from Fina Maulidah Kamilah through Musabaqah Qiroatul Kutub.
The five bronzes were gained by Martha Regita through Women’s Single Tennis Table; Buyung Wicaksana through Men’s Single Classic Chess; Edwin Asy’ari Afan Billah, Geofani Erje Andika Alvan J, and Wahyu Dwi Puspa Rani through Islamic Song Creation; Ayu Fajar Lestari through Musabaqah Hifdzil Qur’an; and Oktavina Dwiyanti through Calligraphy Painting.
The contingent of the State Islamic Institute of Kediri also got one first consolation prize winner on Women Alquran Poetry by Shofi Shahifa, second consolation prize winner on Short Film Team by Amina Asnawi, Manarul Hidayat, and Rendi Tri Putra Yudistira and Third Consolation Prize Winner on Men Alquran Poetry by Ilyas Adhi Purba.
The Vice Rector III of the State Islamic Institute of Kediri, Wahidul Anam, congratulated all the winners and committed to give appreciation to athletes who leveled up the State Islamic Institute of Kediri at IPPBMM.
“Surely we’ll give some rewards or appreciation to those who got medals at IPPBM this year,” said Wahidul Anam when contacted through online messaging on Saturday (26/6/2021) afternoon.
The Vice Rector realized that the achievement could not be gained over night. Therefore, the State Islamic Institute of Kediri also focused on the development as well as regeneration of the athletes. “No result or achievement gained instantly. The State Islamic Institute of Kediri will always be looking for talented students and the regeneration of the athletes to gain achievements,” expressed him.
IPPBMM VIII in Yogyakarta was held for five days from 21 to 25 June 2021. There were 30 disciplines and 53 golds, 53 silvers, and 53 bronzes that were competed.
Related to this event, Vice Rector of Student Affairs and Cooperation of Java and Madura State Islamic Higher Education Forum agreed to change the name of IPPBMM to PORSI (Week of Sports, Research, and Arts) with UIN KH Achmad Siddiq Jember as the upcoming host of PORSI in 2023.
