Dalam rangka menjalin silaturahim dan memantapkan early warning system sebagai upaya pencegahan dan perlawanan terhadap korupsi, Inspektorat Jenderal mengadakan acara rutin KIIS (Kreatif, Inspiratif, Inovatif, Solutif) Jadi ASN Solutif. Acara ini rutin tayang secara daring setiap hari Rabu pada pukul 09.00 WIB di berbagai kanal resmi Itjen Kemenag seperti Zoom Meeting, YouTube, dan Facebook.
Turut hadir pada seri yang ke-26 pada hari Rabu, 17 Maret 2021, Rektor IAIN Kediri, Nur Chamid, sebagai narasumber beserta tiga narasumber lainnya dari Inspektorat Jenderal, Kantor Kemenag Wilayah Papua Barat, dan Dosen UIN Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat.
Acara diawali dengan pemaparan oleh Deni Suardini, selaku Inspektur Jenderal Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Didaulat sebagai key note speaker, Deni menjelaskan tiga pilar utama sebagai semangat baru Kementerian Agama RI. Ia berharap bahwa Kemenag dapat memberikan manfaat maksimal kepada masyarakat. “Sehingga kementerian agama hadir betul-betul untuk masyarakat serta memberi manfaat kepada masyarakat sehingga pada akhirnya akan timbul kepercayaan masyarakat kepada Kementerian Agama,” ungkapnya.
Selanjutnya, narasumber pertama yang menyampaikan materi adalah Rektor IAIN Kediri, Nur Chamid. Pada kesempatan tersebut Rektor IAIN Kediri menyampaikan materi terkait ASN dan integritas. Ia menjelaskan bahwasanya masih terdapat beberapa masalah yang terjadi di lingkungan kerja para ASN seperti pelayanan yang belum produktif, efisien, maupun efektif serta pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi yang belum proporsional dan professional. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya upaya-upaya yang nyata agar ASN memiliki integritas yang kuat. “Antara integritas dan karier yang sukses itu ada kaitannya. Jadi apapun yang kita lakukan hari ini memang terkait untuk bagaimana supaya karier tetap cemerlang di masa-masa yang akan datang,” jelas Nur Chamid.
Narasumber yang kedua adalah Kepala Kanwil Kemenag Papua Barat, Yan Kristianus Kadang, namun berhalangan hadir. Materi yang telah disusunnya terkait Program Kita Cinta Papua (KCP) disampaikan oleh Kepala Subbagian Umum pada Bagian Tata Usaha Kanwil Kementerian Agama Papua Barat, Simon Tandililing. Ia menjelaskan maksud dan tujuan dari Program Kita Cinta Papua ini. “Tujuan dari program KCP ini sebagaimana bagian dari ikhtiar atau usaha kita membangun jembatan kesetiakawanan dari Aceh hingga Papua. Sementara inti dari program ini adalah untuk dalam rangka memajukan pendidikan dan keagamaan di Papua dan Papua Barat, baik melalui lembaga pendidikan maupun rumah ibadah,” ungkapnya.
Materi terakhir terkait moderasi beragama disampaikan oleh Dosen UIN Mataram NTB, Muhammad Harfin Zuhdi. Ia menyatakan bahwa untuk menangkal pemahaman keagamaan intoleran, ekstremisme, radikal terorisme adalah dengan menghadirkan pemahaman keagamaan moderat dan mempraktikkan moderasi beragama secara tawasuth, tawazzun, i’tidal, tasamuh, dan musawah. “Kita hidup dalam keragaman yang berbudaya, keragaman yang menyatukan hati kita, keragaman yang membuat suasana menjadi berbunga-bunga, berbudaya. Kehidupan ini indah ketika warna-warna beragam macamnya dalam hidup ini. Inilah moderasi beragama dan kearifan lokal,” pungkasnya.

The event is held online on Wednesdays at 9.00 Indonesian Western Time in various channels of The Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs such as Zoom Meeting, YouTube, and Facebook.
Among those who attended the 26th event on Wednesday, 17 March 2021, were The Rector of the State Islamic Institute of Kediri, Nur Chamid as the presenter along with the other three presenters from The Inspectorate General, West Papua Regional Office of The Ministry of Religious Affairs, and a lecturer from the State Islamic University of Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara.
The event began with the presentation by Deni Suardini as the Inspector General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Acted as the keynote speaker, Deni explained three main pillars of the new spirit of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. He hoped that the Ministry of Religious Affairs could give the best advantages to the public. “Therefore, the Ministry of the Religious Affairs is really present for the people as well as gives benefits to all people so we can gain trust from them,” said Deni.
Next, the first presenter was the Rector of the State Islamic Institute of Kediri, Nur Chamid. In the opportunity, the Rector of the State Islamic Institute of Kediri delivered a topic related to civil servants and integrity. He explained that there were still some problems in the civil servants’ working environment such as the services that were unproductive, inefficient, nor ineffective as well as the task and function implementation that was not proportional and unprofessional. Therefore, there needs to be real efforts so the civil servants would have strong integrity. “There is a correlation between integrity and successful career. So, whatever we do today is correlated with how we make sure the career stays bright in the following years,” he explained.
The second presenter was the Head of the West Papua Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Yan Kristianus Kadang, but he was not able to come. The presentation related to We Love Papua Program that he arranged was then delivered by the Head of General Subsection on Administration of the West Papua Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Simon Tandililing. He stated the aims and goals of the We Love Papua Program. “The goal of this program is the same with our efforts in building solidarity bridge from Aceh to Papua. Meanwhile, the point of the program is to enhance the education and religion in Papua and West Papua, either through the educational institutions or the religious places,” he stated.
The last presentation in terms of religious moderation was delivered by the lecturer of the State Islamic University of Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, Muhammad Harfin Zuhdi. He explained that to prevent intolerant, extreme, and radical religious understanding was by presenting moderate religious understanding and practicing the religious moderation with tasawuth, tawazzun, i’tidal, tasamuh, and musawah. “We live in cultural diversity, diversity that unites our hearts, diversity that makes a flowering, cultural situation. This life is beautiful when the different colors exist in this life. This is the religious moderation and local wisdom,” ended him.
